Sadly, Narcisse died around 6:00 am this morning when the truck he was riding in left the road on a Colorado Highway and struck an embankment and a tree. Three of Narcisse’s University of Wyoming football teammates were in the [...]]]> Ruben Narcisse was a stud graduate football player from Chaminade-Madonna College Prep School in Hollywood, Florida.

Sadly, Narcisse died around 6:00 am this morning when the truck he was riding in left the road on a Colorado Highway and struck an embankment and a tree. Three of Narcisse’s University of Wyoming football teammates were in the truck and sustained serious injuries. Teammate Trey Fox was driving the pickup when police speculate he fell asleep and drifted off the roadway. Drugs and alcohol are NOT believed to be involved.

Narcisse had received numerous accolades for his play while a member of the Chaminade-Madonna Lions football team the past four years.

Ruben Narcisse was 19 years old.

He died Sunday after collapsing during a light workout with the team. Morgan told an assistant coach that he was not feeling well and collapsed shortly thereafter. An ambulance was called and Morgan died while on his way to the hospital.

He died Sunday after collapsing during a light workout with the team. Morgan told an assistant coach that he was not feeling well and collapsed shortly thereafter. An ambulance was called and Morgan died while on his way to the hospital.

Very little information has been released as many officials were out of pocket for this three day weekend.  The weather was mild and by all accounts it was not a strenuous workout session.

She resigned this past Wednesday [...]]]> Christine Judd was the very successful athletic coordinator at Cathedral High School in Springfield, Massachusetts. In fact she was much more than and athletic coordinator, she wore many hats working for Cathedral High School during her 12 years at the school. Oh, and she was also the Dean of Students.

She resigned this past Wednesday after a meeting with school officials about her decision to marry her female partner last month.  Judd says she was asked to resign or she would be terminated.

By all accounts, the students loved her and respected her.  Her fellow workers respected her and even the school website praised her value to the school.  This is a woman that put her heart and soul into making this school the very best it could be.

Her sexuality was never an issue inside the school, she did not promote or discuss her lifestyle among students or co-workers.  She never hit on a student, never had inappropriate contact, nothing.  The perfect administrator.

But the school had to make a choice after Judd legally married her partner.  They chose to abide by the strict letter of the Catholic Doctrine, rather than come down on the side of what was best for the students.  Now this is the same Catholic Doctrine that allows priests to be “reassigned” when they molest little boys.

Christine Judd left the school with complete honor and dignity, and had some parting words…..

“I married my partner this summer, I was hoping that my loyalty, my professionalism the last 12 years would supersede the current hypocrisy that has already been shown with the Diocese of Springfield.”

“I was given a choice of termination or resignation, I’m hurt, but I wish nothing but the best for Cathedral, its students, the parents, the athletic teams, administration and faculty. I bleed purple”

Christine Judd is a class act and some school is going to be lucky to have her in the future.

Cutsinger was a football [...]]]> Kendrick Cutsinger was a stud football player and graduate of powerhouse Westlake High School in Austin, Texas.

He died Friday in Llano County when the 2001 Ford F-350 he was driving could not negotiate a turn, over corrected and rolled over.  Cutsinger was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.

Cutsinger was a football player for West Texas A&M and the school has yet to post a response to his death.  Friends remember him as a great kid with a great work ethic that would help anyone in need.

He was killed Thursday afternoon when the truck he was riding in lost control on a gravel road striking a fence and eventually a tree. Fitzpatrick was trapped inside the truck for two and a half hours before rescue workers [...]]]> Justin Fitzpatrick was a starting defensive back for the Sapulpa High School Chieftans in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

He was killed Thursday afternoon when the truck he was riding in lost control on a gravel road striking a fence and eventually a tree. Fitzpatrick was trapped inside the truck for two and a half hours before rescue workers could extricate him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His friend and fellow football player Dennis Eddleman was driving the 2000 Ford F-150 when he lost control. Police beleive that Eddleman was traveling at an unsafe speed for a gravel road. Both players were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash and the airbags had deployed. Eddleman has been treated and released form a local hospital with minor injuries.

Fitzpatrick was known for being a big hitter on the football field and his teammates called him “FitzHammer” because at less than 140 pounds he would hit anybody and keep bouncing up.

Justin Fitzpatrick was just 16 years old.
