Dedrik Lovato-Rodriguez was a sophomore on the varsity football team at Lighthouse Christian School in Twin Falls, Idaho.

He died Wednesday night as a result of injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.  While driving on Highway 24 between Heyburn and Rupert, Lovato-Rodriguez lost control of his vehicle and crossed the median, striking an oncoming pickup truck. The driver of the truck was 69 year old Danny Gonzales, who also died as a result of the crash.

Both men were wearing their seatbelts at the time, and authorities will be performng toxicology tests on both e men as part of their ongoing investigation.

Dedrik Lovato-Rodriguez was 15 years old.

Mykal Barnes was a football player at Clark High School in Winchester, Kentucky.

He died today after spending several days in the hospital as a result of a car accident that occured on August 15th when he lost control of his car and struck a stone wall.  Friends and family had been holding vigil and praying for Mykal but it was not to be.  More details of the accident can be found here.

Amanda Rosepapa was a star pitcher for St. John Central High School in Bellaire, Ohio.

She was killed Saturday when a 17 year old drunk driver struck her with his car.

Rosepapa was an extremely talented pitcher, and on at least one occasion pitched a perfect game. She had graduated from St. john a couple of years ago and was studying to become a nurse.

Bubba Bye was a quarterback for Zimmerman High School in Minnesota.

He died this morning after the car he was driving left the road and struck a tree. Bubba was not wearing a seat belt and it is believed that he died on impact.

Police do not think drugs or alcohol was involved, as Bubba was headed to a leadership class at the time of the accident. It appears that he simply fell asleep and left the road.

Glen “Bubba” Bye was 17 years old.

UPDATE; as a testimony to how loved Bubba Bye was, over a thousand people attended his funeral today.  Godspeed Bubba…..

Lenajah DuPree was all set to join the cheer-leading squad at Reed High School in Sparks, Nevada. She had tried out and made the cheer-leading team and had a promising high school career ahead of her.

That was until thug gangster Jaivonne Flenory-Davis decided to randomly fire shots at opposing gangsters and struck DuPree in the crossfire. The thug fired into the crowd without a care in the world about who he hurt or killed. He killed DuPree and injured another innocent 17 year old.

Lenajah DuPree deserved a full and happy life, instead this miscreant that didn’t care about anyone took it all away.

Lenajah DuPree was just 14 years old.

Carolynn Cosan was a standout soccer player at Mount Pleasant High School in Michigan.

She was killed instantly Friday in a car accident on Vandecar Road in Deerfield Township. Witnesses say the car driven by 17-year old Cody Weisenburger lost control and rolled several times before coming to a stop. The driver was ejected from the vehicle, while Cosan remained in the passenger seat. Weisenburger, who was also an athlete at Mount Pleasant, remains in a local hospital.

Cosan was described by her friends as very outgoing, friendly, beautiful and extremely athletic. Her death sent shock waves throughout the school.

Carolynn Cosan was 18 years old.

Matthew Malkowski was a football player at Grafton High School in Grafton, Wisconsin.

Seven weeks ago he was hit by a drunk driver, and has been in a coma since then. Sadly, Malkowski was not able to come out of that coma and has died.

James Ehley is the 31 year old man that killed Malkowski, and he is a repeat drunk driving offender.  He blew a .248 blood alcohol reading after he crashed into Malkowski. Charges against him have now been upgraded to involve homicide.

Malkowski was ejected from the vehicle, and would likely have survived had he been wearing a seatbelt.

Adam Puvalowski was a standout soccer player at Nouvel Catholic Central High School in Saginaw, Michigan.

He was killed Saturday night during a single car automobile accident Saturday night.   Police beleive  he may have been driving at an excessive speed, causing him to lose control of the vehicle and rolling it over several times.   Puvalowski was ejected from the vehicle during the rollover.

George Jacobs was a passenger in the vehicle but managed to get himself out of the car and survived the accident.

Puvalowski’s brother told a local reporter “The best memory is him playing on the field, that is where his heart, soul and passion was.”

Adam Puvalowski was just 18 years old.
