Brian Joens is the girls basketball coach at Regina High School in Iowa City, Iowa.

He was arrested Monday for deliberately defying a judges order not to harass a witness that had testified against him in a reckless driving case.  Joens was found guilty in that case, and the judge clearly felt like he would go after the witness, so she ordered he not harass the witness or he would face additional charges.

Well Joens didn’t care much for the judges order and took to videotaping the witness and his family from the street, instructing their kids not to ride bikes on the street, and basically telling people the family was out to get him.

Upon hearing the accusations, the judge had Joens locked up overnight, and now he faces additional charges.

Brian Joens is 36 years old.

Agostinho Rodrigues is a former soccer coach at Edgewater High School in Orlando, Florida.

He was arrested late Tuesday on allegations that he had sex with a female student from Edgewater High School.

The allegations state that it began when the coach was massaging the 14 year old girl and things progressed from there.  This is said to have occurred during the winter of 2009.  Police believe there were three sexual encounters inside the Edgewater High School gym.

Agostinho Rodrigues is 50 years old.

Ron Vicencio is the head varsity boys basketball coach at
El Dorado High School in El Paso, Texas.

He was arrested at the school Friday as a result of an indictment handed down by a state court back on July 27th.

The numerous charges all center around fraudulent possession of a controlled substance, more specifically, Hydrocodone.

The allegations all date back to the fall of 2009.

This arrest is part of a much larger investigation that was being performed by the DEA.

Ron Vicencio is 38 years old.

Eric Rodriguez is a P.E. instructor, as well as a football and wrestling coach at Hanford High School in California.

Rodriguez was arrested Wednesday and will be facing multiple child pornography charges. This was a follow up action after police had raided his home back in April. After completing their forensic discovery of his computer, police say that coach Eric Rodriguez had some 30 videos involving child pornography with girls as young as 4 years old.

Some of the videos had “sex with teacher themes” and their will certainly be some very upset parents of Hanford High School students as the details unfold.

Rodriguez could be facing some very harsh jail time, as this falls into the category of the most severe level of child pornography. [yes, there are levels]

Eric Rodriguez is 33 years old.

Justin Wallin is a band teacher at Chino Hills High School in California.

He was arrested at the school Thursday after a 16 year old female student told the police about a sexual relationship she was allegedly having with Wallin. The girls parents found around 8,000 text messages from Wallin to the girl, and many of them were explicit in nature. That’s a lot of text messages.

Wallin was booked on three sex related charges and bailed out of jail on a 100,000 dollar bond.

Justin Wallin is 30 years old.

Shannon Young was a volleyball coach and English teacher at
Pleasant Ridge High School in Easton, Kansas.

She was arrested and released on bail Tuesday night after charges were filed against her for having a sexual relationship with a 17 year old male student.

The school had been investigating the allegations prior to the arrest and Young had already resigned from her job at the school.

Kansas does have very lax punishment in matters like this, so even if the allegations are proven, it is doubtful she will ever serve jail time. She would however have to register as a sex offender.

Shannon Young is 36 years old.

Charles Ray Moore is the ROTC instructor at Atholton High School in Columbia, Maryland.

He is out on bail now after being arrested for felony sexual abuse of a minor.

The allegations are centered around the claims of a 17 year old girl that claims to have had sex with the instructor inside the school in a storage closet. According to police, the claims have been substantiated by evidence found in the closet as well as inappropriate text messages from the instructor.

Moore has been placed on a leave of absence by the school. He faces up to 25 years in prison if he is convicted in this case.

Charles Moore is 51 years old.

Steven Simmons was a gym coach at North Marion High School in Citra, Florida.

He was arrested Thursday and charged with Grand Theft for stealing money from students gym lockers. The school had been experiencing a lot of petty thefts from the lockers, and the problem had been going on for years.

Well, one enterprising student set up his cell phone video to record the lockers while they were unattended. Lo and behold, the video captured Simmons rifling through the lockers. When originally asked about the thefts, he denied it, but when presented with the video he knew the game was over and admitted he had been doing this for years.

Simmons resigned his position at North Marion today.

Steven Simmons had been with the school for 22 years.
