Ryan Randolph is a freshman football and track coach at Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana.

He was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly ransacking his ex-girlfriends’ house.   Based on witness descriptions of his vehicle, police stopped him shortly after 4am, and he admitted that he had damaged his ex-girlfriends house and slashed her new boyfriends’ tires.

Ryan Randolph was booked into jail and and released a short time later.

The ex has had a restraining order on him before as he has a history of this kind of behavior.  She dropped the order because she wanted him to see the young child they have together.

Wesley Cherniak is a former gym coach at St. Benedict High School in Chicago, Illinois.

He has been arrested and charged for an unlawful sexual relationship with a 17 year old female student from the same school.  The relationship went on for about four months in early 2009, Cherniak allegedly met the victim once a week at different locations, her bedroom, his car, hotels, etc.

His arrest was not a knee-jerk reaction as so often the case when a student makes an accusation.  The police have gathered matching DNA evidence to substantiate the claims.  The girl came forward in May of last year and the investigation began at that time.

Wesley Cherniak is 32 years old, is married, and has a 6 month old child.

Michael Miller is the band director at Bamberg-Earhardt High School in South Carolina.

He has been arrested and faces charges stemming from an alleged relationship with a 14 year old female student. Just as disturbing, the sexual relations supposedly happened in the band room at Bamberg-Earhardt High School during August and December of last year.

Police are also investigating claims of a similiar nature that happened at hotels and at his home in Orangeburg County.

The story apparently came to light when the 14 year old girl finally realized that Miller was not going to leave his wife for her. Ouch. How could it get any worse? Miller’s wife is an assistant principal at the high school. Double ouch.

Michael Miller is 36 years old.  He has already tendered his resignation to the school

Darin DeBolt is a cheerleading coach, as well as a gym teacher at Lakeside High School in Plummer, Idaho.

He was arrested Tuesday at Lakeside High, and now faces charges of sexual battery of a minor child ages 16 or 17, and one count of sexual intercourse with a minor child.

It is not known yet what led to these allegations or what evidence police have to support the charges.

Darin J. DeBolt is 26 year old and he has been with the school for 5 years.

Stacy Brewer is a girls’ basketball coach at Coyle High School in Oklahoma.

Very few details are being released by the police right now, but coach Brewer has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

More details as they emerge.  It is important to remember that the police always err on the side of the accuser in cases like this, and Brewer is believed  innocent until proven guilty.
